Greetings to any and all who love to sew. Whether it be crafting, quilting, home dec, garments, or any other sewing I welcome you to my blog. This is a new adventure for me. From time to time I will be sharing ideas and products that I have enjoyed using. I have been interested in sewing since I was a child, starting out making dresses for my 2 younger sisters. Later I was making many of my clothes when in high school. Then after marriage with the blessing of 3 daughters I was given many opportunities to try my hand at creating clothing for them. The opportunities were many. Little dresses to lingerie, formals, tailored coats, suits, and of course wedding gowns. And spending time with my Grandma as a child, the learning of quilting, crocheting, and knitting were enjoyed. Always an interest to learn, classes, seminars, books opened more creative challenges. For the past 25 years I've been involved as a shop owner. Last August I sold off the fabric and quilting portion of the business, and remain a Babylock dealer, with love of the great machine technology, and embroidery opportunities.
